Mother Hen is a nonprofit organization built on one simple truth: mothers need care, too.
We serve women in their most tender and overwhelming moments - after childbirth, during health struggles, while parenting alone, or simply when life feels too heavy. Whether it’s a warm meal, a healing broth, or a few hours of rest with a helping hand, we show up with the kind of care every mother deserves.
We're building a sanctuary in Minnesota where moms can find nourishment, support, and a moment to breathe. In the meantime, our work has already begun - delivering weekly care baskets, postpartum essentials, and in-home doula support to mothers in Minnesota and the Los Angeles area.
Because we believe when you care for the mother, you care for the whole family.
